It makes full-wave rectification to the AC power source(42V) generated by the generator on boat. Then charge the battery. The charger current is stabilized at 5A by current inspection loop, and the voltage are controlled to be 14.5V by the voltage inspection loop when the battery is fully charged. This unit can be protected against the short-circuit and reverse polarity.
