DESCRIPTION
A wetsuit will keep you warm and comfortable, even on the coldest of days. Soft and comfortable and completely windproof with taped seams. In the cuffs there are two cuffs, a PU cuff that prevents water from flowing in and an external cuff that can be tightened over gloves. In the leg ends there is an external cuff but no PU cuff, this is so that air collected in the overalls can be evacuated in the event of falling head first. Four external pockets and two heat pockets. Internal suspenders and an internal pocket and hood. Approved according to the same standard as a normal 50N life jacket. Is just as soft and comfortable even when there are many minus degrees. Carrying capacity 80N. In addition to being tested to the 50-N standard, all our overalls are also tested and approved to EN ISO 15027-1 thermal protection. This means that you should be able to lie in 10-degree water for two hours and not lose more than two degrees in body temperature. In our overalls, you lose an average of only 1.1 degrees.

FLOATATION SUITS
Winter at sea is very different from the summer – but it can be fantastic. The winter puts extra demands on your protective equipment due to the cold. A floatation suit protects against the first cold shock of entering the water, then as the water enters the suit it is slowly heated by the body. All our suits are tested and approved to EN ISO 15027- 1 thermal protection. One of the criteria for this test is that five people in 15° C water for two hours must not lose more than two degrees in body core temperature. Test subjects in Baltic floatation suits lost only 0,8° C. As these suits provide the same buoyant properties as 50N buoyancy aids these suits are only suitable for competent swimmers.
